The company

The service
Prago manages listing, pricing, calendar, guest communication, operations coordination, and owner reporting for short-term rental properties, for a fee of 20% of booking revenue, as described on the main page.
The initial assessment is preliminary
Any assessment given through this site or on WhatsApp — including the nightly rate range, occupancy potential, or acceptance for management — is only a preliminary estimate based on the information the owner provides. It does not constitute a guarantee of income, occupancy, or final acceptance, and may change after the property is inspected.
The management agreement
If a property is accepted for management, the exact terms — including fees, responsibilities, and approval procedures — are set out in a separately signed management agreement. This page does not replace that agreement.
Liability
Prago is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the preliminary initial assessment given through this site or WhatsApp, prior to signing the management agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania.
